ITMA 2023, HERZOG is here!

Under the slogan „HERZOG IS HERE“ the leader in braiding technology will be present at this year’s ITMA in Milan with a new machine design. Innovations with a view to the future are an integral part of our business philosophy from which all our machines take benefits.

Some prestigious machines of our vast portfolio will demonstrate our competence and know-how. Examples of proven rope braiding machines in different sizes, available up to a horngear size of 2000 mm, will be on show. At the same time we will show a machine for high-tech medical products, fitted with special carriers to process the most delicate fibers. Last but not least we will have two new machines on show, proving our unsurpassed winding technology.

Standard machines for rope and sleeve production will complete the presentation. Built in Germany – in use everywhere.

The biggest machine and at the same the highlight at our booth is a rope braiding machine  with 32 carriers for the production of core-cover ropes from 24 mm up to 130 mm diameter. The unique take-off system, installed above the machine, reduces the space requirement considerably.
